OUR CONDITION GUIDELINES

• New - With tags and/or in original packaging
  

  Brand new items with original tags or in original packaging.

• Used - As New Condition  

  Items without a tag or an original bag but in brand new condition.  Possible storage marks like dust etc.  May benefit from a clean as it may have been in long term storage.

• Used - Grade A
  

  Items with light signs of use  eg small light stains/marks.  Will require a clean.

• Used - Grade B

  Items with noticeable signs of previous use which may include small tears, faded patches, stains or other signs of use.  Still have plenty of useful life left and will require a clean

All police badges and marking / insignia have been removed and the item has been declared obsolete and surplus to official requirement.

This item has been declared obsolete and surplus by the police authorities from whom the item has been disposed of under agreement or contract and is sold with the consent of the Police Authorities and or by Ministry of Defence Disposal Services Authority and complies with regulations on the disposal of surplus police equipment and uniform items by Her Majesty's Government. It is a criminal offence to use an item with the intent to impersonate a constable under the Police Act 1996 section 90.

We recommend that you clean/launder the item before use, the item may have signs of use and wear and are sold as seen with no warranty given or implied as to the condition of the item or serviceability of the item.
