    What’s your return policy?

    We operate a no quibble returns policy and if you return an item within 30 days of receipt, we'll give you back the amount you paid for the item (see postage and packing cost terms) or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer, no questions asked.

    There may be one or two rotten apples who use our no quibble returns policy as an opportunity to get a dressing up outfit on the cheap, but our super alert staff are highly attuned to spotting chancers.  We take a very dim view of folk trying their luck with us, and it's likely the consequence will be us parting company.

    When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.

    What happens if I don't like the items or they don't fit?

    No problem. Just send the item back to us with your invoice and, depending on your preferences and our stock levels, we'll refund you using your original payment method. If you are sending your order back to us, please make sure you include your name, address and phone number or email address.  We really have had returns which have arrived with no identifying details attached which makes it impossible for us to process them. 

    Will I get back the original postage and packing charges that I paid if I cancel my order?

    If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within fourteen days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the fourteen days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order (although you still have 30 days to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods). Please send your products back with a copy of your original invoice.  

    How long does it take to process my returns?

    We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to twenty-one days when we're very busy. Over the last year we have brought down the average time it takes to process a return. We will continue to try and reduce it this year.

    How do I return an international order?

    The returns process for international orders is the same as for our customers in the UK. Please just send your returns to the address below.
